A large part of our production involves supplying the furniture industry with aluminium parts, like the cross feet for office chairs. Die cast aluminium offers many advantages: precision, the absence of joints and the ability to install different functions into a part. The material can also easily be powder-coated in various colours.

We are proudest of our ability to achieve exactly the finish that aesthetics require, using sophisticated mechanical and manual polishing methods. Few others can offer this skill in Sweden. No wonder the design world has requested our parts for years!

Industry parts

Aluminium is a light material with a high yield point and flexural strength that is well-suited for casting. It is also easily machined, corrosion resistant and has high conductivity. The beauty of pressure die casting parts is that it is possible to integrate many functions in a single step. Many times it is smarter to die cast a part instead of forging, pressing, or welding it. Advantages include higher quality, lower price and simple to recycle. Die casting also offers good measurement accuracy and repeatability is very high.
